Labels in one click
Check the weight and box, press Label. One order or the whole morning's, printed four to an A4 page or on a thermal printer. Each order is fulfilled with its tracking number.
EZOZ shows your eParcel contract rates at checkout, then labels, lodges and tracks every parcel from your Shopify admin. Set up in about ten minutes, with a 7-day free trial.
Shipping method
Example prices. Yours come live from your own Australia Post contract, plus your markup.
How a day works
Every step happens in Shopify, on your own Australia Post contract. Tap a step to see it.
The order lands in To label with the service the customer paid for, its weight and its box size.
Checkout rates
Customers see your contract price for their postcode and parcel, plus the margin you choose. No more guessed flat rates that lose money on Perth and overcharge Parramatta.
A markup percentage, a fixed amount per order, or both, on Parcel Post, Express Post and international. Drag to see a checkout price build up.
Above an order value you set, checkout offers signed-for services only and the label asks for a signature. Below it, parcels can be left safely.
Everything in the box
Parcels, satchels, returns and overseas orders, without a second system or a retyped address.
Check the weight and box, press Label. One order or the whole morning's, printed four to an A4 page or on a thermal printer. Each order is fulfilled with its tracking number.
Send an order in a prepaid satchel, scan or type its barcode, and the customer gets tracking. No label to buy.
Snap your team's handwritten dispatch sheet at the end of the day. EZOZ reads the satchel barcodes and weights and lines them up with the orders for you to check and save.
Switch it on, tag a customer as trade, and their standard shipping is free at checkout.
Raise a return, press Label: the Australia Post return label goes on the Shopify return and Shopify emails it to the customer.
Each product's HS code and country of origin go on the customs declaration, and the export declaration number when goods top A$2,000.
A customer orders twice before you pack? Merge orders to the same address into one parcel with one label. Big orders split across several parcels.
The real app
EZOZ lives in your Shopify admin. These are its real screens, with made-up orders.
To label: every order waiting for an eParcel label, with the service the customer paid for, its weight and box size.

Yes. EZOZ works with an eParcel contract, using the API key and password from Australia Post's Developer Centre and your account number. It doesn't connect to MyPost Business. Australia Post offers eParcel to businesses that send more than 2,000 domestic parcels a year, so ask them if you're close.
Labels, manifests, satchels and returns work on any plan. Live rates at checkout use Shopify's third-party calculated rates, which Shopify includes on Advanced and Plus, and on Grow with yearly billing or as a monthly add-on through Shopify Support. They aren't available on Basic.
